Cancellation policy
By purchasing a subscription ("Subscribe & Save") product from FlexRevive, you agree to the Automatic Refill terms below. Adding a subscription is optional and can be removed before or during checkout.
How it works
Subscribe & Save automatically sends you a fresh supply of FlexRevive Joint Complex on a recurring schedule so you never run out — and you save on every order. You save 10% on every refill, increasing to 15% off after your 3rd consecutive order.
Frequency & amount
You'll be billed automatically on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout, on the schedule that matches your selected package:
- 1 bottle — every 30 days
- 3-bottle (Buy 2, Get 1 Free) — every 90 days
- 5-bottle (Buy 3, Get 2 Free) — every 150 days
The amount may include applicable taxes. US shipping is free.
Recurring charges
When you subscribe, you'll be charged automatically each cycle using the payment method on file. Charges continue unless and until you cancel. Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order.
Confirmation & reminders
After subscribing you'll receive an email confirming your subscription and first order, plus a reminder before each renewal so there are no surprises.
No commitment — manage, skip, or cancel anytime
There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. You can pause, skip a shipment, change your frequency, update your address or payment, or cancel at any time by:
- Logging in to your account → Manage Subscription, or using the link in your confirmation/reminder email; or
- Emailing (include your full name and order number for faster processing).
Deadline to cancel
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel or modify at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
Orders already created
Once a refill order has been created, it's immediately sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be cancelled. However, every order is still covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee — if a refill ships before you intended to cancel, contact us and we'll make it right.
One-time orders
For non-subscription orders, email us within 12 hours of ordering to request a change or cancellation, provided it hasn't yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, an order can't be changed or cancelled but may be returned under our Refund Policy.
Price changes
We may change subscription pricing with at least 7 days' advance notice by email before your next renewal.
