We want your FlexRevive order to arrive quickly and without any surprises. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Free Standard Shipping — All US Orders
Every order to the contiguous United States ships free. No minimum order, no discount codes — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

- Delivery time: 4–9 business days from order placement
- Cost: Free
Express Shipping — US Orders
Need it faster? Upgrade to Express at checkout for just $5.00.
- Carrier: USPS Priority Mail
- Delivery time: 3–8 business days from order placement
- Cost: $5.00
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and handed to our fulfillment partner within 2–5 business days of placement. Processing does not occur on weekends or US federal holidays.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe via FedEx.
- Delivery time: 5–10 business days from order placement (after processing + transit)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination
Important: International orders ship under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged upon arrival in your country are the responsibility of the customer. FlexRevive has no control over customs processing times and is not responsible for related delays.
Shipping Restrictions
- We are currently unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or freight forwarding addresses.
- If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
Delivery Delays
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. FlexRevive is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, FedEx, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@flexrevive.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photo if the item arrived damaged. We'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at support@flexrevive.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order has already entered fulfillment and cannot be changed.
