Single Bottle Orders
Not satisfied? You don't need to send anything back. Just email us at 
support@flexrevive.com within 60 days of your order and we'll refund 
you in full.

Bundle Orders (2 or More Bottles)
We'll refund your first bottle in full — even if it's opened — with no 
return needed. Any extra bottles must be unopened and sealed to be 
refunded. Email us and we'll send simple instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, email us at 
support@flexrevive.com within 7 days of delivery. Send a quick photo 
and we'll ship a replacement right away — no return needed.

How to Request a Refund
Email support@flexrevive.com with your order number. We'll reply within 
1 business day and start your refund.

When You'll Get Your Refund
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 
5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

A Few Notes
• This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through our 
  official website (flexrevive.store). Products bought from third-party 
  sellers, marketplaces, or other retailers are not covered.
• Free gifts, bonus items, and gift cards are not refundable.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are not refunded.
